Leadership Development Principle

Mental Toughness  (Part 2)

Mental toughness allows you to put off taking the easy way out.  The ability to delay gratification is one of the single best determinations of long term success.  If you take the easy way out in practice you rob yourself of the long term ability to become your best.  You must sacrifice immediate comfort to improve your future.

* Valiant and Summit Participants – Keep a daily log of your physical activities.  Remember we are also working on our personal attributes that will make us better people and good leaders.
