A small step in the right direction is better than a big step in the wrong direction.

  1. Make your bed
  2. 20 burpees / 20 Sit Ups / 22 Lunges
  3. Get your chores done as quick as possible

What small things can you start doing that will make you better?  Write down 5 things.  If you have been doing your burpees daily they are probably getting easier.  Small additions done consistently will make a big difference.

* Valiant and Summit Participants – Keep a daily log of your physical activities.  Remember we are also working on our personal attributes that will make us better people and good leaders.
