  1. Make your bed
  2. 15 burpees / 15 Sit Ups / 16 Lunges
  3. Do something difficult.

Mental Toughness

No one is born with mental toughness.  Like strength and knowledge it is gained through consistent practice and experience.  Do tough things. Do them every day. When bad things happen to you, good. You have an opportunity to gain some mental toughness.
