“When I fall down, I’ll get back up and try again.”  

  1. Make your bed
  2. 11 burpees / 11 Sit Ups / 12 Lunges
  3. Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to recently.  A family member would be a good person.  Maybe Grandma or Grandpa.

Falling Forward

You will fall down.  You will make mistakes.  You will fail to accomplish your goal.  Good. That is how you learn. Fall in the direction you want to go.  Dust yourself off and learn from your experience. You do not get to be mentally tough without doing and dealing with really hard things.  If you win you win. If you lose you learn. Learn to Fall Forward.
