Day 4

Are you waking up and making your bed?  If you do this simple act right when you wake up it will make doing other tasks easier.  If you haven’t made a “get awesome” calendar yet, I suggest doing so. Write down a few tasks that you will commit to doing daily.  Take care of your future self.

  1. Make your bed
  2. 10 burpees / 10 Sit Ups / 10 Lunges
  3. Go out of your way to do something nice for someone

Leadership Development Principle

Point to the Center:  What is important to you?  Family, School, your sport?  The things most important to you are your center.  Everything you do or say should be aimed at improving your center.  Here is a team example.  The team’s goal is to place higher in the league standings.  Improving yourself will help the team accomplish the goal.  Helping your teammates is the ultimate key to success.  Build your teammates up.  Do not ever cut them down.  You need them.  You need them to be better just like they need you to be better.

* Valiant and Summit Participants – Keep a daily log of your physical activities.  Remember we are also working on our personal attributes that will make us better people and good leaders.
