  1. Make your bed – Shows gratitude for having one
  2. 10 Burpees – Because when you fall down, just get up and try again
  3. 10 Sit Ups – Because this helps you get out of bed in the morning

* Valiant and Summit Participants – Keep a daily log of your physical activities. ┬áRemember we are also working on our personal attributes that will make us better people and good leaders.
