Forming new habits or getting rid of bad ones will be our focus over the next 2 months.

Make a list of 5 thing you can do better.

Make a list of 3 things you could stop doing (or do less of) that would give you more time to do things you want to improve on.


* Valiant and Summit Participants – Keep a daily log of your physical activities.  Remember we are also working on our personal attributes that will make us leaders.
